(1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman as required.
(2) Member-Secretary shall give notice to the members at least seven days before the meeting of the committee.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
